Can we customise the packages?+
Absolutely. Every package is a starting point — you can mix and match add-ons, adjust inclusions, and tailor the experience to your vision. Our team will work closely with you to build the perfect celebration.
What is the payment schedule?+
We require a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before your wedding. We also offer flexible payment plans — speak to our team about what works for you.
Do you offer off-peak or weekday pricing?+
Yes. Sunday through Thursday weddings and off-peak season dates (May–August) qualify for reduced rates. Contact us for a personalised quote based on your preferred date.
Can we bring our own vendors?+
For catering and bar service, we work with a curated list of preferred partners to ensure the highest quality. For florists, photographers, entertainment, and other vendors, you are welcome to choose your own or draw from our trusted recommendations.
What is included in the décor package?+
The Essential package includes basic table linen and crockery. Signature adds premium linen, glassware, florals, candles, and signage. The Estate Experience includes full floral design, lighting, and luxury table styling. Detailed breakdowns are provided during your consultation.
How far in advance should we book?+
Most couples book 12–18 months in advance for peak-season Saturday dates. We do sometimes have availability on shorter notice — the best way to check is to get in touch or book a tour.
